-Three day full refund on stocked non-sale items
-Seven day full refund on regular stocked items
Special Order/ Custom Orders
-No refunds on custom ordered furniture. Store credit will be issued and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
-50% or more off is final sale.
-In the case of a posssible claim, be prepared to provide photos and contact your sales representative as soon as possible so we can file a claim to our Claims Department most effieciently.
Canceling special or custom orders cannot be done if production has started. Shipping and delivery is not refundable.
Returns are issued using the original method of payment. Please note interact returns take up to 10 business days to show on statements.
