Customer Satisfaction 

At Country Furniture we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our products are carefully inspected and packed before they leave our store or warehouse. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the simple instructions below. 

Purchases
We do not accept over-the-phone credit card purchases that a customer wants to pick up. The customer must be present in the store for any credit or debit card purchases for pick up. 
Returns & Exchanges  

Please retain receipt for refund or exchange.  Three day full refund on stocked non-sale furniture items and seasonal accessories. Seven day full refund on regular stocked accessories. No refunds on custom ordered furniture - store credit will be issued and a 25% restocking fee will apply.  Return delivery may apply on returned items. All sale items are final sale.

Furniture Orders, Custom Orders & Delivery

ETA is and estimated time of arrival in our warehouse.  Delays can happen that are out of our control and we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date.

 

Balance will be processed before delivery or pick up.  Customer is liable for damages on items picked up in store or at our warehouse.  Please utilize our Buyer’s Checklist. Please consider our velvet glove delivery.
