Refund Policy

Customer Satisfaction 

At Country Furniture we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our products are carefully inspected and packed before they leave our store or warehouse. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the simple instructions below. 

We do not accept over-the-phone credit card purchases that a customer wants to pick up. The customer must be present in the store for any credit or debit card purchases for pick up. 
Returns & Exchanges  

Country Furniture will accept returns and offer a full refund on regular stock items within 7 days of date of purchase with a receipt. After 7 days a store credit will be issued. 
With purchases made with a debit or credit card, a refund must be issued on the same card that was used to purchase. No exceptions. 
We do not offer a cash refund on purchases over $100. 
We do not offer refunds on special orders. A store credit will be issued on all special items ordered. 
Delivery is charged both ways for returned furniture items. 
All sale items are final sale. 
Please note: Damaged, soiled or broken products cannot be returned.
